Position: Social Media Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in West Fork. This role will be crucial in enhancing our brand's online presence, fostering community engagement, and driving traffic to our diverse range of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
- Formulate engaging content targets for the various social media platforms we utilize, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Analyze social media metrics to assess engagement, traffic, and conversion rates, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced tech or retail environment.
- Demonstrable experience in creating engaging content, growing social media presence, and managing online communities.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficient with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset, with the ability to conceive interesting ideas and promote them effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
